This is a quality scarf made from 100% wool. An Arberdeenshire clan that was one of the members of the mighty confederation of clans known as Clan Chattan. The clan derives its name from Farquhar Shaw, a son of the 5th Chief Chattan. The clan derives its name from Farquhar Shaw, a son of the 5th Chief of Clan Shaw, and was involved over the centuries in many bloody skirmishes, battles and campaigns, fighting for the Jacobite cause in the 1715 and 1745 Risings.
