Scottish Clan Scarf : MacLeod Of Harris Ancient
- Available to order
This material is 100% wool. The two main branches of this distinguished clan are the MacLeods of Harris and the MacLeods of Lewis, and the name itself is thought to stem from 'children of the son of Leod'. MacLeods fought at the side of the great warrior king Robert the Bruce at Bannockburn in 1314. Dunvegan Castle, on Skye, remains the seat of the Chief of Clan MacLeod.
The brief history of the clan is written on label along with the motto and crest.
